Are the exams free?
Yes, all online exams are completely free of charge.
Is there a fee for certificates?
No. After completing the exams, students can download their certificates for free from their student panel.
Are medals for the top 3 students sent with a fee?
No. Medals for the top 3 students are mailed to their addresses free of charge.
Is participation in the Grand Final in Frankfurt paid?
Yes, participation in the Grand Final requires a fee. However, Top 3 students from the online final are eligible for discounts:
• 1st Place: 75% discount
• 2nd Place: 50% discount
• 3rd Place: 25% discount
What is the official language of the Olympiad?
The official language is English and all exams are conducted exclusively in English.
Who can participate in the Olympiad?
The Olympiad is open to all students in grades 3 to 11.
Are the exams paper-based or online?
All exams are conducted entirely online. No paper-based exams are available.
How can students access the exams?
Exams can only be accessed through the Student Panel. No alternative links will be provided.
What are the technical requirements for students?
Students must have a reliable internet connection and a compatible device with a working camera (PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone).
Are make-up exams available for missed exams?
No, make-up exams are not available for students who miss an exam.
Can students use calculators, books or other materials during the exam?
No. Use of calculators, books, printed materials or any electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
How are exams monitored?
Exams are monitored through an integrated camera system and students must use a device with an active camera.
When and where will the Grand Final take place?
The Grand Final, featuring both individual and team competitions, will be held in Frankfurt, Germany, in May.
